KDDI Launches Total Managed Security Router Service

KDDI America says its new service provides enterprises of all sizes with managed network, router and switching services.

KDDI's Total Managed Security Router service uses Juniper Networks’ SRX series services gateways to deliver WAN connectivity, infrastructure security, as well as on-site Ethernet networks. TMCnet says the service facilitates customers to focus on their business more while leaving the technology details to the company.


Officials with KDDI America said that it offers customers with a multifaceted network solution by providing data network services, such as worldwide and nationwide Ethernet, IP VPN, private lines, data centers, dedicated Internet access and system integration, in addition to managed network solutions.

In the release, Hokuto Sanematsu, director of network engineering, KDDI America, said, that Juniper Networks SRX Series fulfills KDDI customers' connectivity and networking requirements, while providing enhanced integrated security such as multi-function integration and centralized network monitoring.
