Treck TCP/IP v6.0 Includes Address Selection for IPv6

Treck has announced a new cersion of its TCP/IP software that offers a number of news features in addition to support for RFC 3484.

According to the company's press release on ThomasNet, Treck TCP/IP v6.0 now offers users the ability to manage over 64,000 concurrent connections and the ability to un-initialize the entire protocol stack freeing all global variables and system resources.

"'Maintaining Treck's position as the embedded systems industry's top TCP/IP protocol suite means reevaluating the product as new RFCs are issued and incorporating features that our customers feel would improve their designs,' said Odile Lapidus, Vice President of Engineering for Treck, Inc.
