D-Link Announces Fast 802.11n Wi-Fi Router

D-Link is now shipping the D-Link Xtreme N 450 Gigabit Router (DIR-665), its first 802.11n Wi-Fi router with 3x3 MIMO technology.

D-Link has recently announced it is shipping its first 802.11n Wi-Fi router with 3x3 MIMO technology. According to the company in this Market Wire news release statement, the router provides better, more consistent coverage and uses three distinct data streams in a multiple-input and multiple-output smart antenna configuration to enable extremely fast data transfer rates.

The rigorous testing for Intel Centrino compatibility assures faster and wider wireless connectivity.
