Spiceworks 5.0 Beta Offers New Network Management Features

A recent article on Small Business Computing.com reported on the development of Spiceworks 5.0, which is currently in the beta testing stage. The upgraded IT management product boasts several new features, including a ticket time-and-billing feature and client portals that are customizable. Designed especially for small businesses, Spiceworks 5.0 can be used with a number of browsers.

"The new centralized help desk capability lets MSPs handle service tickets, even from multiple clients, using the same console, according to Spiceworks. A new ticket time-and-billing feature lets personnel track time and money spent on service tickets. The information can also be exported for accounting and invoicing purposes."
