ManageEngine Launches Remote Network Software For Providers

The company has announced availability of its new agent–based remote network and systems management software.

ManageEngine has recently announced ManageEngine MSP Center Lite, an agent–based, remote network and systems management software, designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to manage client’s networks spread across geographies. Also noted in the company's news release is that MSP Center Lite is web–based and built on the agent–central architecture.


"MSP Center Lite is an integrated MSP platform that offers all the essential features a service provider looks for – network monitoring, ITIL–based service desk, asset management, server monitoring, cloud monitoring, POS monitoring, IT workflows, remote control, and patch management. MSP Center Lite is web–based and built on the agent–central architecture. The agent is lightweight, easy to install, and utilizes minimal hardware resources. The agents deployed across customers are designed to communicate with the central server via secure connections (HTTPS)."
