Network Monitoring Provider Joins Cisco

Gigamon becomes a registered developer.

Gigamon announced that it has joined the Cisco Developer Network as a Registered Developer within the Network Management Services technology category. The provider of intelligent data access solutions to enhance network monitoring of data centers, service provider environments and enterprise networks also announced that Gigamon's GigaVUE, a specialized line of network monitoring products, has successfully completed interoperability testing with the Network Analysis Module. TMC Net reports that company officials claim Gigamon's GigaVUE platform is the only proven, fully-integrated, scalable solution for all data access needs. It aggregates, filters and replicates customized data streams from high speed connections to any and all monitoring tools.

"The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers of hardware and software to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers. As a Registered Developer, Gigamon now offers a complementary product offering and collaborates with Cisco to meet the needs of joint customers."
