Spacenet Expands Managed Network Services Portfolio

CICAT Networks acquisition allows Spacenet to leverage core network management capacities.

As TMC Net reports, Spacenet, Inc., has acquired an industry counterpart, CICAT Networks, in a landmark move to deliver an expanded variety of managed networks services to its customers. This acquisition comes after many years of building up its broadband network solutions portfolio to include multiple broadband access options and places Spacenet in a position to excel at bringing an optimized method of best serving their customers and further leverage its core network management, call center and field services capacities.
