F5 Networks Enables IPv6 for Interop Las Vegas 2011

F5 is supporting the Interop NOC IPv6 environment and will provide network and DNS translations for both IPv4 and IPv6 clients.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) has announced that it is providing comprehensive services for Interop’s mission-critical NOC (Network Operations Center) during Interop Las Vegas 2011. F5 will also be showcasing its Application Delivery solutions at Interop. As mentioned in this news release, F5 is supporting the Interop NOC IPv6 environment, providing network and DNS translations and facilitating access and functionality for both IPv4 and IPv6 clients to resources on the Interop network.


"The F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) products ensure global availability and functionality of critical system services such as DNS, SMTP, and NTP for Interop vendors and attendees. BIG-IP LTM also provides an access portal for all web traffic from the Interop wireless networks. Other BIG-IP software modules deployed include BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM), WebAccelerator, and WAN Optimization Module (WOM)."
