UUBI Chooses Cisco WAN Optimization

SMBs benefit from United Bank of India’s banking vision.

In an effort to realize UBI’s vision to provide banking benefits to India’s growing small and medium-sized enterprise sector, along with rural and agricultural economies, the United Bank of India has chosen to use Cisco’s wide area network optimization solution by deploying it across all of its over 1,600 branches. The solution, reports News Tonight, includes over 1,600 Cisco Wide Area Application Services devices, Cisco’s comprehensive WAN optimization solution, and application accelerators for the data center and disaster recovery sites.
