Digital Realty Trust says it has already signed leases for more than 65,000 square feet of data center in two Santa Clara, Calif. properties it acquired last May. The company leased all of a 40,000-square-foot facility at 1725 Comstock and an additional 25,000 at 3105 and 3115 Alfred Street, according to Data Center Knowledge.

The leases were disclosed as part of Digital Realty Trust's second quarter earnings release. Despite seeing its results increase 15 percent, the company missed Wall Street's expectations. Its quarterly revenue of $197.5 million missed the $197.9 million analysts forecast, says BusinessWeek.
