Google is urging businesses to switch to Google Apps by encouraging them to give the cloud a test drive with its Go Google Cloud Calculator, a tool that helps people ascertain how Google Apps can specifically help their business.

Google estimates that companies can save thousands of dollars a year by making the switch to Google Apps in addition to gaining new capabilities and storage for common applications, V3.co.uk reports. The Go Google Cloud Calculator even creates a custom URL, presentation PDF, spreadsheet or poster that can be passed along to decision makers, says WebProNews.
