Regular readers may be scratching their heads and wondering why their CrossNodes bookmark has landed them on a familiar-looking page calling itself EnterpriseNetworkingPlanet.

The change in name isn't due to some acquisition or buyout, but is instead part of an effort to help make Earthweb's primary site for networking information a more obvious choice for new readers who want to connect with the kind of information we've been providing under the CrossNodes name for years.

The changes we're making here aren't limited to our name, either: Be on the lookout for more timely networking news and some design changes meant to help you get a handle on our most important stories.
