Network Traffic Boosts Juniper's Growth
Analysts expect Juniper to benefit from continued demand for routing equipment.
Analysts are expecting Juniper Networks (JNPR) to benefit from continued demand for routing equipment and a recent entry into the enterprise market, reports The Street. The company, a networking equipment provider, is additionally expected to report a second-quarter profit of 34 cents a share, compared with a profit of 24 cents in the quarter a year-ago. A poll of analysts by Thomson Reuters suggests revenue will increase to $1.15 billion from $978 million.
"The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its robust revenue growth, largely solid financial position with reasonable debt levels by most measures, good cash flow from operations, increase in stock price during the past year and expanding profit margins. We feel these strengths outweigh the fact that the company has had sub par growth in net income.”
