According to boston.com, a federal judge has sentenced Damon Patrick Toey to five years in prison and a $100,000 fine for his role in the TJX credit card theft case.

Computerworld reports that Toey pleaded guilty to charges that he sold batches of stolen credit card data on behalf of convicted hacker Albert Gonzalez, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison last month.

At the end of last year, Stephen Watt, a 25-year-old former Morgan Stanley software engineer, was sentenced to two years in federal prison and three years of probation for his role in the breach.
