The Associated Press reports that two South Korean government websites were hit by the second cyber attack in a week. However, they suffered no major damage.

The denial of service attacks targeted the Korean Culture and Information Service and the Justice Ministry, according to government officials. The Chosun Ilbo says the attacks have been traced to China and are believed to be the result of rising tensions between South Korea and North Korea, notes Macau Daily Times.
