"Edwin Andres Pena of Venezuela, has been imprisoned for 10 year, after stealing over ten million minutes of VoIP calls and selling them again for a proft," writes TechWatch's Janet Harris.
" Pena is believed to have made $1m through the scam, while the telecommunications companies he attacked lost around $1.4 million," Harris writes.
