8x8 Launches Virtual Office Pro Version 2.0

Hosted UC offering gets a host of feature improvements.

"8x8 Virtual Office Pro is a suite of hosted Web-based communications and collaboration services that includes voice, fax, web conferencing, call recording, chat and mobile application. Using an online dashboard, users can access all of the features from any location using a PC and Web browser," writes PhonePlus's Charlene O'Hanlon.

"Version 2.0 features improved softphone functionality, including advanced and instant call forwarding, call transfer, call waiting, three-way calling, multiple call appearance lines, call and voice-mail transfers and one-click calling from Outlook," O'Hanlon writes.
