BEDFORD, MA, OCTOBER 27, 2010 – Acme Packet® (NASDAQ: APKT), the leader in session border control solutions, today announced that seventeen customers have deployed its Net-Net® session border controllers (SBCs) with SIPHON Networks Ltd., a leading European provider of solutions for the design, supply, delivery and integration of voice over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications (UC) technology.

The joint implementations stem from an existing resale and support agreement through which SIPHON Networks offers Acme Packet Net-Net SBCs as part of its solutions portfolio for cloud-based telephony service providers. The SBC solution serves local and regional service providers across Northern Europe where SIPHON Networks has a strong reputation as a leading systems integrator for hosted communications services.
