Writing on No Jitter.com, Brent Kelly observes that although there was a big buzz around disclosures about the Wave 14 developments for Office Communications Server at VoiceCon this past spring, very little was revealed about underlying architectural changes and enhancements. Microsoft preferred instead to save these details for the Tech Ed conference, in June.
