"Cicero Networks has announced the release of CiceroPhone for the Android platform," writes TMCnet's Bob Emmerson.

"CiceroPhone is an established and widely deployed dual-mode mobile VoIP & VCC client. In addition to mobile VoIP, the new version supports multi-mode features such as automatic network selection (2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, WiMAX and LTE) and seamless in-call transfer as users roam between IP & Cellular networks. It is designed to run on any handset running Android 2.1 and higher," Emmerson writes.
