"Vertical Communications, a provider of next-generation IP-based phone systems and voice applications, has released a converged IP telephony system to meet the needs of multi-site small businesses," writes TMCnet contributor Anuradha Shukla.

"Known as MBX IP, the new release will help businesses further increase productivity and efficiency. The company notes that this announcement also completes its next-gen telephony product line-up with SBX IP and Wave IP," Shukla writes.
