"Earlier this month the NSC Group was also awarded Avaya’s “Top Performer Channel Partner” award for more than doubling Avaya business in Australia and New Zealand last year. As ShoreTel does, Avaya provides unified communications (UC) systems and related services to business and organisations," writes Marina Freiri on iTWire.com.

"Now, this new agreement will see NSC selling ShoreTel’s full UC suite of enterprise IP phone solutions to mid and large size companies in Australia and New Zealand, following a joint customer-deployment between the two companies valued at $200,000. ShoreTel APAC managing director Vasili Triant said NSC’s approach was compatible with ShoreTel’s needs," Freiri writes.
