Ooma VoIP Service Moves Up to HD Quality Audio

Owners of the Ooma Telo VoIP device will have their firmware automatically upgraded to HD compatability.

"On Wednesday, Ooma announced that high-definition (HD) voice is available on its Ooma Telo system. HD voice is delivered as a component of Ooma's Pure Voice Technology," writes PDMag.com's Samara Lynn.

"The HD voice update will automaticaly roll out to Ooma customers with an Ooma Telo as of today. An Ooma Telo Handset or HD compatible telephone is required to support Ooma HD Voice," Lynn writes.
