As users grow more addicted to smartphones, they want a consistent experience and don't say no to paying for it.

"Mobile broadband has grown fast enough that quality of experience (QoE) has suffered for many users. As those services grow, QoE is something that consumers are apparently ready to pay for, according to a new study commissioned by Comptel and carried about by Vason Bourne," writes Susanna Schwartz on ConnectedPlanet.

"After interviewing 2,000 consumers from across the United Kingdom, France, Germany and United States about their mobile broadband usage and satisfaction with current service plans, the survey found that a superior mobile broadband experience can translate into increased revenue and customer loyalty improvements," Schwartz writes.
