"As unified communications becomes increasingly ‘mainstream’ in the enterprise, its status as a platform for a rich collection of communications technologies is long past proven," writes Bennie Langenhoven on MyBroadband.co.za.

Langenhoven then goes on to enumerate seven areas of communications technology that make up UC today – with particular emphasis on collaboration and CEBP (communications-enabled business processes).
