MVD Communications Partners with AVST: MVD Communications, a recognized voice and data solutions provider for companies nationwide, has partnered with Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) to provide CallXpress, an innovative Unified Communications platform. CallXpress delivers a powerful suite of applications including advanced call processing, voice mail, unified messaging, personal assistant, fax, speech, and notification capabilities to enhance the productivity of users and businesses.
Polycom Delivers Breakthrough Video Integration for Microsoft Unified Communications Environments: Polycom, the global leader in telepresence, video and voice communication solutions, has announced an expansion of its integrated visual communication solutions for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Exchange with breakthrough capabilities that make it easier for organizations to deploy, manage and use Polycom telepresence, high-definition (HD) videoconferencing and desktop video collaboration within Microsoft unified communications (UC) environments.

After evaluating several other providers, Cal Net Technology Group selected ShoreTel for its ability to integrate rich communication media and presence with business processes to streamline collaboration and improve efficiency.
Voxeo and Telenet Partner to Deliver Contact Center Solutions: Voxeo, the leading provider of unlocked communications, and Telenet, a leading specialist in voice and contact center solutions have signed a strategic Value-Added Reseller (VAR) agreement. Telenet will deliver its solutions on Voxeo's Prophecy and VoiceObjects Unified Self Service platforms using Voxeo on-demand hosting, on-premise software, or in hybrid combinations of both. Broadcore and ABS Telecom Announce Agreement: Broadcore, a national provider of business-class hosted unified communications, has announced an agreement with ABS Telecom.
