The routing portfolio provides products that fit under the FlexFabric initiative for data centers, as well as the  FlexCampus and FlexBranch efforts for campus and branch deployments. As is the case on the switching side the focus on standards and interoperability is a key strength that HP is aiming to deliver.

The big iron chassis in the portfolio are the 8800 and 6600 series routers which can be used for campus for data center deployments. The branch portfolio includes the MSR series of appliances.
