ThousandEyes Raises $35M to Expand Network Intelligence [PODCAST]

Understanding how applications traverse a network to help improve performance and security is not as easy in a modern IT environment as it was in the pre-cloud application era.

With visibility being a key challenge, ThousandEyes has built and deployed a platform that can provide a solution, and it’s gaining traction both with customers and investors. This week the company announced it has raised a $35 million round of funding, bringing total funding to date up to $60 million. A key investor in the round is Google Ventures, the investment arm of Google, a company that certainly knows a thing or two about the cloud.

In a podcast interview with Enterprise Networking Planet, Mohit Lad, CEO of ThousandEyes, discusses the new funding and what the future holds for his company.
