According to the company, its SSL VPN remote office security solution is now available as a virtual platform. the company is offering it as a dedicated appliance and through an installer on customer machines. As noted in the TMC.net report, the new SSL VPN appliance offers high performance and client-less configuration.

This helps them reduce the total cost of ownership and at the same time, easily perform any future upgrades by simple reallocation of their existing physical resources for the virtual appliance,’ Harish Chib, vice president – new business development, Cyberoam (News – Alert), said. ‘We are aware there are other organizations that are still in a transition phase towards their virtualization goals. For them, we offer two other options, a dedicated appliance and as a software installer that fits into their existing machines.’
