Lack of Investment Spawns Network Breaches

In response to the recent Stuxnet Viris and NASDAQ hack, Q1 Labs has issued guidance for enterprises. This executive guidance addresses the need for enterprises to better protect their networks from threats both inside and cyber. Insurance News Net reports that one reason organizations’ networks are successfully breached is the lack of investment in core information security infrastructure technology, including but not limited to, switches, firewalls, IPS, VPNs, vulnerability scanners, and identity/access management.
