UMass Systems Office is setting up SecureVue from eIQnetworks to monitor uptime and security of its network. As reported on Campus Technology, compliance automation, log management, configuration management, security information and event management, file integrity monitoring, and performance and availability monitoring are some of the network functions SecureVue will
improve.
“The user organization uses SecureVue for monitoring and alerts on policy violations, non-standard processes, rogue applications, events related to potential financial fraud, identity theft, and cyber-attacks. SecureVue ships with 250 “correlation policy templates” and 1,500 security and compliance reports to expedite setup.
