A number of Pakistani government websites have been hacked by a group calling themselves the “Indian Cyber Army,” reports UPI.com.
The group gained access to a main server that hosts a total of 162 Pakistani government websites, 40 of which were affected by the hack, according to Pro Pakistani. The hackers inserted a file just to let Web masters know they could successfully hack the servers.
MSN India notes that among the hacked sites was that of the National Accountability Bureau, Pakistan’s main anti-corruption agency. Hackers posted a message on the NAB site that read: “Hacked by Indian Cyber Army.”
