The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles is warning customers that its point-of-sale system may have been hacked.
Computerworld reports that hotel officials believe the hotel’s four restaurants, as well as its valet parking operation, may have been hacked some time between April and December. The breach would have disclosed names, credit card numbers and expiration dates printed on customers’ debit and credit cards.
The Westin Bonaventure isn’t the only hotel that has been targeted by hackers of late. Earlier this month, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts revealed that hackers may have stolen sensitive customer data from its computer systems.
