“Mobile communications firms could eventually be forced out of the voice market if they fail to adopt VoIP, according to business and technology analysis provider Ovum,” blogs Steven Gaskill on ihotdesk.com.

“Steven Hartley, principal analyst with the group, said that there is ‘clearly a risk’ of mobile network operators being ‘cut out’ of the voice services sector,” Gaskill writes.
