Passenger Adds Twitter, Facebook Integration

The company is opening up its online brand communities to Facebook and Twitter.

Passenger has announced plans to open up its online brand communities by allowing members to connect via Facebook and Twitter.

"The intent is to enable brand advocates to spread their influence to a broader audience and in effect increase brand awareness and, hopefully, loyalty," writes’s Jessica Tsai.

"According to the company, the motivation to bridge private and public social network communities was to empower customer advocacy," Tsai writes.
