5nine Software announced the release of 5nine Hyper-V Commander at Microsoft Dynamic Data Center Boot Camp. The company which provides Microsoft Hyper-V management solutions for virtual datacenter environments and V-Cloud hosting providers claims this new tool is designed to provide a simple and comprehensive management for Microsoft Hyper-V in Free and Core installations. In a press release by the company and presented on SF Gate, 5Nine says in conjunction with 5nine Virtual Firewall for Hyper-V it can be used to create secure and easy-to-maintain Hyper-V infrastructures adhering to Microsoft Best Practices for full and core installations of Windows Server 2008 R2.
“Network Management – 5nine Hyper-V Commander provides comprehensive virtual network management. 5nine Hyper-V Commander can be used to troubleshoot and fix network connections and related problems that cannot be fixed via remote management. 5nine Hyper-V Commander Virtual Network Manager also allows reviewing and editing virtual network ports used by the virtual network interfaces and guests.”
