Salient has enhanced its software development capability by extending cybersecurity offerings and enhancing access to clients through a prime position on the Encore II contract vehicle through the acquisition of Command Information Inc. As Washington Technology reports, the provider of federal IT and engineering solutions made another acquisition less than a year ago when it acquired SGIS, an IT services and solutions provider to the federal government.
“’The addition of the Command Information and AnviCom teams to our company will allow us to further fulfill our mission to deliver highly adaptive technology and engineering solutions that enable clients to meet the pressing needs of today,’ he said.”
