ConnectWise has added integration of its SmartShare automated QoS and dynamic bandwidth optimization appliances with ConnectWise software. According this news release on PR Newswire, SmartShare bandwidth optimization appliances have a built-in Health Monitor, which can detect a range of network-related problems and automatically resolve bandwidth performance issues.
“When the Health Monitor detects a problem, the appliance will automatically create a service ticket directly in ConnectWise, so the MSP support team can be aware of the problem immediately. When Health Monitor detects that the problem has been resolved, it will automatically close the service ticket.
“SmartShare Systems offers partners a low annual cost of ownership, including covering hardware under warranty and software updates that are appropriate for a customer subscription model.”
