"Ingate Systems has introduced the Ingate SIParator 96, an enterprise-class Session Border Controller (E-SBC), and the Ingate Firewall 2960. These two high-capacity products enable secure SIP communications such as SIP trunking and Unified Communications beyond the protected enterprise network," TMCnet's Bob Emmerson.

"The firewalls and SIParators solve SIP’s NAT and firewall traversal issues. They allow businesses to adopt and use SIP communications -- including SIP trunking -- to reach users not only within the local area network but outside the enterprise as well," Emmerson writes.
