SolarWinds has recently announced new updates to its Orion IP SLA Manager and Orion NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) modules, two solutions optimally positioned to help manage and monitor the distributed enterprise. As noted in the company’s news release on Market Watch, Orion IP SLA Manager and Orion NTA give IT teams the means to monitor the performance of their WAN and identify how their distributed network is being used, by whom, and for what purpose.


“‘In today’s distributed enterprise, there is added complexity in maintaining WAN performance and network traffic awareness with satellite and remote offices becoming more widespread and users requiring access to business applications and data from anywhere and anytime,’ said Sanjay Castelino, SolarWinds’ vice president, product management and product marketing. ‘With the right IT management solutions in place to ensure network visibility, companies can realize significant productivity by supporting a distributed and highly connected workforce.'”
