Research: UK Slow to Adopt VoIP

In spite of good growth in the last three years, Brits still lag far behind countries like France and the Netherlands.

"Despite a growth in Voice over IP (VoIP) products available on the market, the UK has failed in taking advantage of the technology," writes Jennifer Scott ITPro.com.

"New research from Ofcom has claimed just five per cent of people subscribed to such services, compared to 20 per cent in the Netherlands and 26 per cent in France," Scvott writes.
